Hudson L. White

Hudson Lee White of Lindsay, Oklahoma passed from this life in Lindsay, Oklahoma on December 17, 2008 at the age of 60. Hudson was born on May 31, 1948 in Kansas City, Missouri to Eunice Chastine White and Florence Elizabeth (Alvis) White. He married Rebecca Ann Isgrig on July 9, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. White and his wife, Rebecca moved to Lindsay Oklahoma and raised their family, four daughters and one son. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Lindsay. Hudson, or "Lightning" as he was called in the oilfied, had worked in the oilfield and in food service. Mr. White had worked for several Lindsay businesses over the years. At the time of his death, he was employed by Homeland Store in the dairy department. Hudson loved to help others. He loved his family, and always loved being with his grandchildren. He liked to fish, rollerskate, dance and work on his old truck "Harvey". Hudson also loved telling jokes. Mr. White is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ann White of Lindsay, Oklahoma, four daughters; Starla Snow, Becky Childers, Merry White, and Anna Knapp and one son, James White, two brothers; Cole Jr. Wells, Pete Agee, five sisters; Jeanne Ricono, Joyce Marie White, Dottie Kay Agee, Lynne Agee and Lisa Agee, and twelve grandchildren; Cindy, Adrienne, Dusty, Jeremy, Niki, Brooklyn, Natasha, Sitani,Donald, Luke, Madison and Brandon. Hudson was preceded in death by his uncle and aunt, "Big Ray" Raymond Ricono and Dorothy Ricono, his grandmother, Ethel Robinson, his father, Eunice Chastine White, his mother, Florence Elizabeth Agee, his step-father, Carl Pete Agee and one brother, Ricky Darrel White. Funeral services for Mr. White are set for Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church in Lindsay, Oklahoma with Rev. David Guerrero officiating. Interment will be at Purdy Cemetery in Purdy, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of B.G. Boydston Funeral Home of Lindsay, Oklahoma.
