Preston Bunch

Lure Preston Bunch, age 90, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2003 in Houston, Texas. Preston was born on August 31, 1913, to Elihu and Oral Lee Largent-Bunch of Purdy, Oklahoma. Preston graduated from high school and went on receive a collage degree in education. Mr. Bunch was involved in education for 43 years. He was a resident in Garvin County, Oklahoma for 85 years, and then moved to Houston in 1998 where he was a resident at The Treemont Health Care Center. Preston married Gladys Holder (Bunch) who preceded him in death. Preston is survived by his son: Robert Bunch; brothers: Grady, Louis, and Cecil Bunch; and one sister: Bonnie Holder. Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. at the Erin Springs Cemetery. Rev. George Lupton will officiate. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Public visitation will be held at B. G. Boydston Funeral Home, Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.. Arrangements are under the direction of B. G. Boydston Funeral Home in Lindsay, Oklahoma.
