Hootsie Albert "Butch" Morgan passed from this life on July 28th, 2008 in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Butch was born in Lindsay, Oklahoma on February 25th, 1952 to Sidney Wilson Morgan and Cora "Lee"Morgan. Butch married Carolyn Pledger in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Butch lived in Lindsay, Oklahoma all of his life and was a graduate of Lindsay High School. He worked in the oil industry as a roustabout. Butch loved motorcycles, traveling and spending time with family and friends, and he attended Fellowship Of Living Faith in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn "Pledger" Morgan in 2005, his parents Sidney Wilson and Cora Morgan, three sisters; Iva Adams, Oleta Dickerson, and Ann Knutson, and one brother, Sidney Morgan. Butch is survived by one son, Chris Morgan and one grandson, both of Utah, one sister, Nova Jetton of Lindsay, Oklahoma, four nieces; Anita Gillespie of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Sherry Godfrey of San Antonio, Texas, Debbie Faulknor of Fort Worth, Texas, and Rhonda Morgan of Fort Worth, Texas, and one nephew, Sean Gillespie of Lindsay, Oklahoma. Butch also leaves behind many, many friends who, along with his family, will greatly miss him. There are no services set for Mr. Morgan at this time.
